Here's your guide to some frequently asked questions regarding Sports Central's Online Clearance Sale.

1) How long till my order arrives?

Delivery fulfillment takes 5 to 12 working days for Metro Manila. Expect some delays in delivery for bulk orders and more than 2 items. Hoping for a bit of patience but your order will be delivered. Deliveries are from Monday to Saturday, fulfilled by 2go. You will receive an email notification once your order is picked up. 

2) Why was my order cancelled?

Some of the reasons for order cancellation is due to failure or an error in the payment. In case your payment went through and the order was cancelled by the system, please email us at inquire@sportscentral.ph

Your order will also be cancelled if you chose Cash on Delivery for a delivery location outside Metro Manila. Since COD is not active in these areas, please choose another mode of payment for your order to push through.

3) Exactly what time will my order be delivered?

You will receive a text notification once the item is booked and ready for delivery.

4) What is the maximum capacity of items for delivery?

Our riders can accept a maximum of 4 shoeboxes per trip. For orders of more than 4 pairs. Kindly split your orders.

5) I ordered more than Php 3000 worth of items, is my delivery for free?

Please note that FREE DELIVERY is only valid for Metro Manila locations if ordered through our online store. You might be charged a separate fee for deliveries outside Metro Manila.

 6) Can I change the size of my order?

Please email us for any order changes before your item is delivered. Once an item is already in transit, we cannot allow any changes. If you need to change size after order has been delivered, please email us re store locations where you can exchange the item.

7) Can I pick up the item in the store instead? 

Yes, you can. Please email us for designated pickup location of your item. Please note that you cannot pickup the item from any Sports Central store since most of these items are not carried in our regular stores.
