Order Terms and Conditions

Kindly read through these terms and conditions before proceeding with your order.

1) Returns, Exchanges, Change of Size

   a. Kindly ensure that your orders are FINAL. 

   b. Please DOUBLE CHECK the size, color, and quantity before proceeding to check-out.    

   b. For Undelivered Items -  In the event that you decide to change your ordered items, such will be accepted only if item requested for exchange is available and orders have not been booked/processed for delivery. 

  c. Socks and undergarments (i.e. sports bra and compression shorts) are not subject for returns.

2) Shipping Terms and Conditions

    a. Please ensure your shipping details are complete inclusive of house number, street, barangay, city, country, and zip code.

   b. Delivery is now available nationwide. For provincial orders, we shall fulfill orders that will fall within the serviceable areas of our courier 2GO and LBC. Orders that are outside delivery coverage will be cancelled. 

   c. 2GO and LBC branch pick-up is available upon special arrangement. 

   d. Sport Central Store pick-up in Metro Manila is not available. Delivery through our partners courier is encouraged for provincial orders.

   e. Free delivery is only applicable to orders minimum order of PhP 3,000. There is a shipping charge of P120 apply for orders below PhP 3,000.

   f. Delivery is only from Monday to Saturday, excluding Holidays.

   g.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

   h. Shipping charges may apply for any returns/exchanged item.

3) Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Payment Terms: 

    a) COD is valid only within Metro Manila and in selected areas in Cavite and Rizal.

    b)  Kindly note that there is a PhP 15,000 limit for COD orders. 

    c)   As the chosen mode of payment, kindly confirm your order by replying to the confirmation email sent by Sports Central within 3 days from purchase date. An immediate reply from you will enable Sports Central to process your order faster. Unconfirmed orders after 3 working days will be cancelled and not processed for delivery. 

    d) Cash payment will be collected by our partner courier. The courier service will release the ordered items to you upon receipt of your payment. In return, a sales invoice will be issued. 

   e) We may set certain limitations on the use of COD for any valid reason deemed by Sports Central. 

4) Online Banking Payment Terms:

    a) Credit Card, Debit Card, GCASH, GRABPAY and online bank transfer/deposit payment are accepted nationwide. 

    b) For Provincial Orders only credit card, debit card, GCASH, GRABPAY, and online bank transfer/deposit payments are accepted.

5) Fulfillment Period

   a) Fulfillment period is 5 to 8 working days for Metro Manila orders.

   b) Provincial orders may take 7 to 15 working days depending on location. Fulfillment will take longer for certain locations in Mindanao.

6) Special Orders

    a) For wholesale/bulk orders, please contact us at inquire@sportscentral.ph.

    b) International orders are currently not accepted. 

7)  Refunds

     Please refer to our Returns and Exchange policy, for refunds.

    Take note of the window period for fulfillment of refund:

    Credit/Debit Card - From 30 to 45 working days 

    Online Bank Transfers - 7 to 21 working days 

    GCASH/GRAB PAY - 5 to 7 working days
