Sports Central accepts various payment methods for online shopping.

Sports Central has accredited PAYNAMICS/PAYGATE, as the secure payment gateway to process online payment for this Website.

CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, GCASH, GRABPAY, BDO/HSBC INSTALLMENT

  • Master Card, VISA, AMEX, JCB cards are accepted.
  • Minimum purchase requirement of PhP 300.00 for purchase to qualify for credit/debit card transaction. Maximum of PhP 15,000 per transaction.
  • Full payment, including applicable shipping fees, should be made prior to delivery of goods.
  • Customer’s full purchase and billing details will be presented upon check out.
  • Customer to provide full account details of respective banks to process payment.
  • Cancelled/refunded transactions made thru this payment method shall be returned to customer thru crediting the account used for payment.
  • Turn-around time in reversing the amount shall depend on client’s bank (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) or chosen for online transactions.

  • Full payment, including applicable shipping fees, should be made prior to delivery of goods.
  • Customer’s full purchase and billing details will be presented upon check out.
  • Customer to provide full account details of respective banks to process payment.
  • Cancelled/refunded transactions made thru this payment method shall be returned to customer thru crediting the account used for payment.
  • Turn-around time in reversing the amount shall depend on client’s bank (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) or chosen for online transactions.
  • Sports Central will be notified of customer’s payment. However, Sports Central has the right to request for the original copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment (photo, email or screen shot).  Thus, it is highly recommended for the customer to keep a copy and/or email to Sports Central once requested.

 

CASH-ON-DELIVERY (COD)

  • As a chosen mode of payment, Sports Central require all COD transactions to be confirmed. An email from inquire@sportscentral.ph or onlineshop.sportscentral@gmail.com will be sent one (1) day after the purchase date. An immediate reply, within 2 days from purchase date, from the customer will enable Sports Central to process the order faster. Unconfirmed orders within the duration will be considered cancelled and will not be processed for shipment.
  • COD is valid only within Metro Manila, Cavite and Rizal.
  • COD orders that do not fall into these areas will automatically be cancelled and are recommended to re-order and choose a different mode of payment: credit card, debit card, over-the-counter/online bank transfer, GCASH or GRABPAY.
  • Sports Central only accepts PhP 15,000 maximum limit per transaction. Any order beyond the said amount is considered as bulk order and shall be dealt separately.
  • Cash payment will be collected by our partner courier. The courier will release the ordered items to the customer upon receipt of payment. In return, a sales invoice (receipt) will be issued.
  • Sports Central has the right to set limitation on the use of COD for valid reasons deemed by the company.

 

ISSUANCE OF OFFICIAL RECEIPT/SALES INVOICE

All online transactions will be issued with sales invoice and an official receipt regardless of the mode of payment (cash/check deposit/credit card) or type of shipment (store pick-up/delivery).
